SMS / Text Message Marketing

Our email service provider is Resend. Your email address is stored securely in our database (Supabase) and transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of sending you emails you have requested.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Order Data: Retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- VIP Waitlist & Email Subscribers: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Giveaway Entry Data: Retained for 1 year after the giveaway closes, or longer if required by applicable sweepstakes regulations.
- Contact Form Submissions: Retained for 2 years or until the matter is resolved.
- Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
When we no longer need your personal information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
