By accessing, browsing, or using the Site in any way — including making a purchase, entering a giveaway, or signing up for our VIP waitlist — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or make any purchase. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

The Site is intended for use by residents of the United States. We make no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Accessing the Site from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited.

All product descriptions, images, and pricing on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including after an order has been confirmed.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Reaper Trade Supply is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our Return Policy.

Colors and appearance of products may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and display technology.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable sales tax based on your shipping address. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments or Stripe). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount to your payment method.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. You will not be charged for cancelled orders.

Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to revoke promotional offers at any time.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Reaper Trade Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@reapertradesupply.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Free shipping thresholds and shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@reapertradesupply.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All giveaways, sweepstakes, and contests operated by Reaper Trade Supply are subject to their own Official Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules for a specific giveaway, the Official Rules will control.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

Giveaways are open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited by law.

Reaper Trade Supply reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who: (a) provides false or misleading information; (b) attempts to manipulate the entry process; (c) violates these Terms or the applicable Official Rules; or (d) engages in any conduct that is detrimental to the integrity of the giveaway.

Winners are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at entry and must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Reaper Trade Supply's sole discretion. Reaper Trade Supply reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 or other tax documentation for prizes valued at $600 or more.

By joining the Reaper Trade Supply VIP Waitlist, you consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us at support@reapertradesupply.com.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email marketing laws. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

VIP membership benefits, early access privileges, and tier structures are subject to change at our discretion. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee any specific benefit, discount, or access level.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Reaper Trade Supply (a brand of HVAC Reaper) or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The “HVAC Reaper,” “Reaper Trade Supply,” and associated logos and marks are trademarks of Reaper Trade Supply (a brand of HVAC Reaper). You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not include: (a) resale or commercial use of the Site or its contents; (b) collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) any derivative use of the Site or its contents; or (d) any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Reaper Trade Supply.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site without our express written permission.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the Site.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site.
• Attempt to manipulate giveaway entries, voting, or any other interactive feature of the Site.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Site.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REAPER TRADE SUPPLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Reaper Trade Supply does not warrant that: (a) the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Site will meet your requirements.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REAPER TRADE SUPPLY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Reaper Trade Supply (a brand of HVAC Reaper), its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@reapertradesupply.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.

Class Action Waiver: YOU AND REAPER TRADE SUPPLY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Any arbitration shall take place in California, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA): California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to opt-out of sale, and the right to non-discrimination. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how to exercise these rights.

Do Not Track: Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers. We will update this policy if we implement such a response in the future.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice such as an announcement on the Site or an email to registered users. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
